Deploy TV Host via Intune

Hi All

I have followed the guide on how to deploy TV Host via Intune, and it does deployt successfully (Android). However, when it goes to Assign - it just gives the user a login screen, when  I thought it was just meant to automatically assign it to the phone user?

Any idea's what I could have done wrong?
