Unable to log into iOS app with correct credentials.

Unable to login at all. When I goto computers on the app, it asks for "TeamViewer Account". Ive tried my username and email and it says "username and password does not match any accounts on record." Very very frustrating. I am able to login from my Mac and on the website. Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks in advance.
