Active Directory Connector: does not work because token account information unable to determine

Hi everyone,

I have set the following settings at team viewer management console under "Edit profie" => Apps => Create script token:
- Access level: Company
- User managment: view, create and edit users and admins

My question is why I get the following error message when I use the ad connector:
"Unable to determine token account information. Please check API token permissions."

Please, let my now why the this error happen.
