Connected to the Internet but Teamviewer says please check your connection

I am using Teavmviewer ver 11.0.93231 and remote machines using what has been working for years, ver 5.1.17330 QS , I have had 3 machines in last week not work. Error on remote side says Please check your connection but all 3 machines are getting online and can go website to website. Nothing I can tell has changed.
