    I'm wondering the same thing except I'm using the latest version. How do you fix this? Please help asap.

    Suffering from the same issue. Cannot connect to any of the PC's in my account

    I reinstalled teamviewer on pc then i tried login through my mobile and received the message on my registered email id whether u want to give permissions to the ip address or the device i allowed it and now i can access it I don't know if this helps you but i do hope it works for u
