When using the Management Console via the web portal, we have experienced intermittent issues with the "Connect" button for connections that have been setup on our account. When clicking the "Connect" button to initiate a remote session via TeamViewer, the TeamViewer 12 link will open the application and then nothing happens. It takes 3 or 4 times of clicking the "Connect" button before the application will finally indicate that it's attempting to establish a connection. The issue has been experienced in Chrome and Firefox. It doesn't happen every time but it does seem to happen every 3rd or 4th time.
Is this a known issue with the Management Console? Is there a method for ensuring that the "Connect" button will initiate the connection every time?
