Remote audio is lost

Hello-

Today I upgraded to ver 14  from 13 on win 10 machine and Linux Ubuntu 16 machine.

I log into the Win10 from the Linux machine.

After upgrade, no audio from Win 10 machine. 

Attempted to check all audio settings in Win 10 and Linux machine, no luck.Did Google search for answer, tried several possible solution, no fix

Any assistance appreciated.
