Hi all,
The hotfix is online - you can download the version from our homepage. We also activated the update function within TeamViewer.
Thank you so much for your contribution here.

Go back to working version 13.0.6447 [Link to 3rd part website removed - we recommend to download TeamViewer only from our website - Thanks for your understanding]

@Estherlatest version from website. Now I am back to V 13.0.6447 which is running without problems.
After deleting the latest TV app and "Teamviewer" directory in ./Library/Application Support/ and restoring 13.0.6447 from timemachine backup it worked again.
TV should immediately provide Version 13.0.6447 for customer download!

Hi all,
thank you for all your messages.
Could somebody that is experiencing this issue do the following:
- Drag and drop the TeamViewer App in the trash and then empty the trash to uninstall TeamViewer
- Please delete all the plist file of TeamViewer
You will find this file under:
Finder | Home directory | Library | Preferences. Here, delete all plist entries of TeamViewer. Please also remove all entries starting with "com.TeamViewer" from
<home>\users\USERNAME\Libary\Preferences\Please note that on OS X Lion and later, the library folder is hidden.
Here is a simple way to unhide the Library folder on the new Mac OSX Lion:
1) Open a terminal window
2) Type the following command : chflags nohidden /users/”username”/LibraryAfter doing this, you should be able to find the folder under the users directory.
- Once deleted all the plist files download once again TeamViewer from here: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer.dmg and install it.
Please let us know if this is working fine,
Giovanni.

Joining the club on this, I am having repeated issues of Teamviewer quitting upon launching on my computer. I have cleaned it from the computer multiple times and downloaded all the different versions recommended in this thread and still having these issues.

Your sollution is not working (OS 10.13.3 and TeamViewer - last version as today - March 15, 2018). Also Crash report not opening.
I reinstalled version 13.0.6447 which is working somehow (it starts in more than 40 seconds, not in few seconds like before)

Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue.
Where do I download 13.0?
Is there a fix yet?

I also attempted the procedure you outlined to no avail.
Is there a way to download the older version to get me running again?

Links to third party pages are not allowed here. It is TM shame to issue this buggy **bleep** w/o link to working previous version.
Try to google it (Temaviewer 13.0.6447 for Mac)

Thank you!
Googled it, found it, installed it, working!
Thanks again!

I have a Mac Pro running 10.11.6 that started crashing today after running TeamViewer reliably for several years. It is TeamViewer 13.1.2559
I also have a MacBook Pro running 10.13 that is running TeamViewer 13.0.6447.
I did not upgrade the version on the Mac Pro - so who did? And when everyone starts reporting crashes why not re-post the installer that works?

The manual delete and re-install did not work.
It actually crashes before it writes the preferece files.

Same problem here. I've been running the same version forever on my 10.11.6 mac. It was working just last night, now it just loops in crash. Clean install doesn't help. I never updated it to the latest version, so...

A few people suggested a Google search fro 13.0.6447 but all I could find were dodgy ad-ware places that I do not trust. So I downloaded the version 12 Installer from the TeamViewer site and so at least that machine is back up.
