Unable to connect using webclient

Teamviewer was updated on my PC to v13.  I have one person who needs to connect who uses Ubuntu.  When he tries to connect he receives an error that he needs to upgrade from v12 to v13.  Problem is there is no v13 for Linux that we can see.

He also attempted to use the web client to log in from within the TV account here online.  Unfortunately, that does not work either as when he attempts to connect he gets a message stating that the session is finished.  Reading the log shows the following:

05.11 23:59:55,973: Login::SendRequestToConsole(): url=https://login.teamviewer.com/connect/challengeresponseSRP
05.11 23:59:56,974: start classic authentication
05.11 23:59:56,974: wrong password -> close connection
05.11 23:59:57,130: ConnectionThreadEvent fatal error: Authentication failed
05.11 23:59:57,170: ConnectionThread closed

The correct password is being used as he has logged in this way as well before.

I am not physically located at the PC in question to downgrade TeamViewer to v12 ... so how can he access this machine?  Anyone?

Re: Unable to connect using webclient

I second this request. I need to know how to downgrade a remote parent. Thanks
