It looks like your acoount is working with a 2nd license. Is it possible that there are two licenses connected with your company profile, but your account is working with an older license (e.g. for TeamViewer 12)?
Can you open the Management Console and go to Administer [your company profile] and add your account to your subscription license under General. For this just click on the little gear wheel and click Edit.
