now it works, now it doesn't

Have team viewer installed on two desktops, on at location A and one at location B, and on my mobile phone. Before leaving Location A, I check to make sure TV is running on that computer, and connect using my mobile - all  good. BUT when I arrive at location B, it tells me TV is not running on desktop A, when i KNOW that it IS.

I think it may have worked properly a grand total of two times.

What's up with that?

In order to do an unattended access, please read this article.

If you have a TeamViewer full version installed already, please make sure that you have set up for an unattended access.
