I have the Remote Access License and have received the following message:
"You have already reached the limit for licensing actions for this month"
My profile settings in the management console show:
Remote Access 0/3 end-points used
What gives? I am unable to access the remote computer I have used everyday since April 2020 when the license was purchased.

Remote Access plan comes with the possibility to license three endpoint-devices. In case one of your licensed devices needs to be replaced, every month we provide you with one license move per device that is included in your plan.

Can you please confirm if the month is per calendar month? and will this reset so I can log back in to the remote computer I regularly access?
