Identification

Hi, we have licenced version of Teamviewer 12 - we've got 3 channels to connect and sometimes we have all three channels used but from the app we are not able to identify who is connected. We have the list of IDs made by ourselves but some "boogies" apeared and we need to cut them down and seek for a solution. 

Is it possible to see the list of IDs using our licence somewhere?

Is it possible to disable some IDs from the web administration so that they couldnt use our licence? 

Is it possible to generate a new licence key for us? 

We prefer some kind of the IDs administration.
