QuickSupport for iOS not working.

Have free TeamViewer 12.0.72647 on my Mac, OS X 10.10.5. Installed QuickSupport on my iPhone 6 Plus. Entered the shown "Your ID" into Mac Teamviewer, QS shows Ready to connect. Shows up under my computers but it cannot connect for reason unknown. No firewall. Little Snitch on or off. Any ideas? I can control the Mac from the iPhone.
