The file is edited locally but the printer is attached to another PC remotely. The issue is that i cannot find the printer on teamviewer even i can connect the remote PC via teamview.

Your company used to have great support. I created this just say the support has become useless now. In the past when my free to use got mistakenly flagged as commercial I was able to resolve it. Now 4 days and 4 attempts it's still locked. What's is up with the support. Can't even send an email for real?
