I am trying to access my computer with my phone, but everytime i enter the Teamviewer id, it also asks me to provide a password that is created on the computer TV program. That does not work…

I am getting more and more frustrated by the minute…never had all these issues when I used TV years ago. About to dump it and look for another solution for remote access. Now, in addition to intermittent failures to connect, once I do connect I CANNOT open Outlook once connected. WTH is going on here!!!

I am unable to connect to a FoxWell OBDII Diagnostic Scanner that has Team viewerQuick Support Built in. The scanner supplies an ID code, I can not connect from the website start.teamviewer.com, or from the application on the laptop. This had worked some time ago.
