When trying to login remotely or connect remotely It is continuously giving and error code that says cannot connect to partner. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have tried the customer chat with zero help, I have tried calling customer support and have been hung up on two times. I just need help!

The ***.**(removed following User Guideline)/month plan offers remote printing. When I am connected to the remote computer does that mean I can print from it to the printer at my home base? When connecting from TeamViewer on my PC to the QuickSupport on my AndroidTV, I do get the screen mirroring, but I cannot control it. The universal plugin is installed. But there is no TeamViewer in the accessibility menu.
