I have Teamviewer 11 on remote players. They are now not accessible. I do not have a user on the other end capable of updating the software. How do we reach them?

Thank you for posting here!
As we had announced a couple of months ago in End of support for TeamViewer versions 11 and 12, it is indeed not possible to connect to version 11 anymore.
I am afraid the only solution is to manually update the client on the remote side.
I hope you will find a solution to sort this out!
