Password Email reset and no link on PAID Account

paid for teamviewer I have the invoice sitting in my emails yet can't reset my password as I'm not receiving an email link, to make matters worse can't even get support as the account I made to even post this doesnt have paid teamviewer. The help platform is not helpful at all as I see this has happened to a lot of other users. 

Please rectify as this is unnacceptable, a paid service and can't even use it.

To make matters worse the email account that is on my PAID service receives their poor marketing yet I can't even receive an email reset link.
