Version on local and remote 15.8.3. Windows 10 both computers. Start with Windows selected with the remote.
I cannot connect with the remote, it says external connection then login failed. If I locally log in the remote I see the TeamViewer is not showing the ID or Password under "Allow Remote Control". I can restart the service and it works, and log in remotely. But when I reboot the remote it starts with no ID or Password. So I can't use Team viewer for remote access.
Spent a whole day trying to figure this out and have no more time to spend on it. However, I know it's free software, and is very useful, as I've used it many times before. But not some across this issue before
