Frequent disconnection from TeamViewer server

Dear Support,

I am a long-time user of Team Viewer. The problem I am facing these days is frequent disconnection from your server. I checked my network and it seems to be OK. Would you please let me know what may be the reason? I would appreciate if you instruct me to resolve this problem.

We experienced connectivity issues yesterday.
