Administer MFA for users

Hi, 

I would like to remove the MFA requirement for one of my users. This particular user has lost his phone and therefore doesnt have access to his second factor. 

I as the adminstrator have verified his identity and therefore want to disable his MFA access so he can register his new second factor.

I couldn't find a way to do this via the Teamviewer Management console.

Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

Unfortunately, disabling Two-Factor-Authentication of a user's account is not possible via the Management Console. You will need to contact support for it. Our support will reset Two-Factor-Authentication for your user.
