Where do 3rd software companies pull TeamViewer IDs from for interface purposes?

I need to provide FreshWorks colleagues for instructions on TeamViewer interface features, which are critical to us.

My question is, what is the source for TeamViewer IDs for 3rd companies, who programm TeamViewer interfaces for their own software? Is it TeamViewer software itself, or TeamViewer Management Console software?

As example TANSS  (from Germany) has really nice TeamViewer interface.
