Had to make 2nd email address to post this. Not getting password reset email??

I have Gmail and have checked out the spam filters and attempted this reset multiple times today with no email from TV. This email I used to create this message is a 2nd one because I cant login with my original one. 

 

I tried calling the support number but because im free it directs me back here. Any chance somebody from TV support can help me out. I see this issue is widespread for many people something about whitelist. 


Im just trying to assist my elderly dad whos not computer saavy at times.
