Company join, no confirmation mail?

Hello. We are using a company account with corporate chanel. we entered a new member via company join, but no message for the user is incoming. Of course, we checked the firewall and AV logs, no message arrives. We need the login very urgent. Is there any way we can get the confirmation mail? Thx in advance :-) Dandryer
