Can't activate account
Hi there,
I had been using free TV for a while and about 2 months ago, I bought a license. At that time I thought I had activated the license, but today I was told that "commercial use ist detected" and I was unable to establish a connection to a computer on my same desk. I then logged in to my account on the Web and found that it still says "free", so it seems it was in fact not activated. Now I searched through my mails and found the one with the activation link, but that link is expired now. I spent a while searching through the support-maze and finally gave up, posting here instead and hoping for a kind soul to point me in the right direction.

The link activation you need to click is in the get started email:
You might be mixing up account activation and license activation.
Please make sure to use the right link and to follow the activation procedure: How to activate your TeamViewer Remote Access license
