Multiple freezing of the screen

Hi,
I hve a little problem, as in the subject. 
The problem started after changing the routers to two connected Fortigate 200s. Now, our connections via TW are annoying ... The image "freezes", sometimes for 20s, sometimes for 5s ... And sometimes for 40 seconds.
Have any of you knows the problem, such a symptom?
PS.
Just don't send me back to the fortigate support ... ;D
