Iphone Connection to WOL Not Working

Hi there, 

I am trying to gain remote access from my iphone using the teamviewer app to my computer at home. When I try to use the WOL freature if my computer is asleep/turned off I get this error, "the device cannot be reached directly and no neighbor is available". I have granted all access to my personal self. As well as went into the bio set up on my computer and gave it the capability to do WOL. 

How do I fix this so I can wake my computer up from the app on my iphone?
