Free Version Timing out but I am a commercial customer!

Fired up TeamV this week and have started having problems on my W10 Laptop. It has worked fine for months. Now TV does not log my desktop version into my business account, saying that it's "Free". I have paid for a business account my second year, starting back in August. Now it's timing out on my machine. Here's some screen shots.

I uninstalled TV & reinstalled the product and now it works properly. Crazy. No idea why this happened. Very frustrating waste of my time.
