I cannot connect to a Linux host after upgrading: error 4 in TeamViewer_Desktop [400000 + 7d8000]

I want to connect, from Windows 10, to Slackware 14.2. When I was in version 15.10.1, both work, but after I upgraded both to 15.11.6, I can connect from Linux to Windows, but no longer to Windows on Linux, the records below appear in the log messages.

It seems that in version 15.13.6 the problem has been fixed, because in this message the message 'Connection refused because it is blacklisted or not whitelisted' appears, and it did not appear before.

Update 15.12.4 did not resolve the issue. Perhaps it is a problem with the Slackware 14.2 kernel, the most recent version of the kernel is 4.4.240.
