Remote control samsung galaxy tab s3 - mouse does not work!

Hello,

I'd like to remote control my Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 device (android) with Team Viewer 12 (up to date). Connection works fine with TeamViewer QuickSupport (Samsung) but unfortunately I can not use the mouse to control the device. Any suggestions?

Any idea, why the remote control fo Galaxy Tab S3 will not work?

The Host as well as the QuickSupport apps are both Samsung labeled versions.

Hi Rabu,

Are you using the Samsung version of the Host/QuickSupport app?

If you use the standard host, even if you have the "Samsung Add-On", This will not allow control on newer Samsung devices. Please check the play store for the Samsung labeled versions.
