Activation email not sending

I am attempting to set up a Teamviewer account so I can join a group I need for my PhD work. For some reason no activation email is sending to my university email address. I have checked and it is definitely the right email, I have requested it to be resent multiple times and it is not in my junk email. Anyone know what is happening? I need this sorted ASAP.
