Why does teamviewer charge for my deleted account?
Hello,
I've received an e-mail that has to pay my debt I didn't know.
I subscribed to teamviewer's plan last year.
And I deleted my account to cancel the plan a few months ago after I got an invoice for keeping teamviewer's subscription.
Because I didn't need to use teamviewer anymore.
As I recall, there was no button to cancel the plan.
That's why I decided to delete my account.
Anyway, I've received an e-mail from Creditreform Göppingen Engelhardt KG today.
That mail is saying teamviewer's charging me my debt. (??...)
My questions are just simple.
1. Please let me know why I have to pay for my deleted account's plan.
2. How can I get my subscription if I pay for via Creditreform?
Because that invoice is just for my deleted account.

Hello @Gyucheol,
Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?
Unfortunately, deleting the TeamViewer account is not the correct procedure to cancel your contract. To do so, you need to contact our support by opening a ticket. We explain how to proceed in this Knowledge Base article right here: How to submit a ticket
Once you will do the payment of your overdue invoice, your account will be automatically unblocked and you will regain access to your license.
Best regards

Thank you for your reply.
Now I can access customer portal, but It's still free license.
What's more, In customer portal, there is an important notification that is saying some invoices are still open.
What should I do?Best regards.

Good day,
I also got an email similar to the one mentioned above from Creditreform.
Once our license expired, we immediately purchased a new license using a different email address (as it gave 20% discount vs 0%)
Currently, we are using a legal, registered copy of Teamviewer.
We are willing to provide the old and new email addresses, for you to scrap the legal letter claiming more money.
We paid $500+ recently, and will not pay for an old deleted subscription as we are 1. not using it and 2. you can anyway disconnect if we were.
I am very tempted to say that after this year's subscription expires, we will be looking for another program similar to TV as this is unacceptable.
Regards
Hanno
