Invoice query help

Hi,

Why am I receiving overdue invoices from Teamviewer when we would not like to use the service?

The sales person I spoke to (Javiera [last name removed per Community Guidelines ]) who has since been rude and unhelpful said I would be able to trial it for 2 weeks and then decide if we want to keep.

I did not like the software and stopped using after a few days and deleted the software. Why do I keep receiving invoices?

Please can someone help unlike Javiera [last name removed per Community Guidelines ] who was happy when she thought I would buy the software but has since been rude, unhelpful and has now ignored my emails since.
