Unable to Authorize Unknown Device

Hi, I had to create a new login to open this ticket.

Whenever we login with our regular password, it says it is sending an email to authorize unknown device.  We never get it.  I've checked spam and trash.

I tried with this new account, and got the email just fine.

Someone pelase contact me to get this resolved.
