Desktop Computer control of remote iPhone?
I'm using TeamViewer Quick Support on the remote iPhone. I'm using TeamViewer on the Desktop Computer. Both are the free downloads - TeamViewer Quick Support for the app on the iPhone and the download from the TeamViewer website for the Desktop Computer.
I have no issue connecting FROM the Desktop Computer TO the iPhone. The remote screen of the iPhone appears on the Desktop Computer perfectly.
However, from the Desktop Computer, I have no control of the remote iPhone, i.e., I must keep the remote end user on a voice call and tell that end user where/how to move between screens as needed. I cannot use the mouse from the Desktop Computer to click on anything on the iPhone that would allow movement from screen to screen.

Hi @baleman2,
Compared to connections to other operating systems like Android, iOS doesn’t allow remotely controlling the device currently. Therefore, when connecting to an iOS device, TeamViewer is providing a solution to make support easier for these devices as it provides the ability to see the screen of the iOS device live and be thus able to better guide users on solving issues in their device themselves.
