Hard to establish connection. Once connected, gets disconnected immediately

I am working remotely and using my corporate teamviewer account to access my work's server. However, recently I am having issues getting connected to the platforms. Once connected, I get disconnected from the platform almost immediately. I am using the latest version of teamviewer. HELPP

    Can you please make sure to use the latest TeamViewer version 15.12.4 on both sides of the connection?

    It could help to fully uninstall TeamViewer and download it from our homepage again. You'll find the download section in the header menu under Service.

    Do you use the full version or the host module?

    When getting disconnected, do you receive any message?
