i wanted to control ubuntu desktop with this windows 10 laptop. but when i open the teamviewer app 15.14.2 from windows10, it quits automatically within 30 seconds even when i didn't connect to the remote pc. how can i fix this problem?

Thanks for your reply. In this case, you can try to uninstall TeamViewer from your device. Please make sure, to also delete the reg-entries on your computer
Download TeamViewer afterward directly from our homepage and install it on the two devices again. Do not use any old Setup.exe.
Hope this can resolve the issue.
no, not at all. teamviewer just quit without any erorr messages. that was one of the reasons i couldn't found answers in internet.
