I have a registered paid version but on this PC it is logged on as a free user. How do I log off the free one and log in as my paid one?

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply. I have been using PC's since DOS but cannot see any way of logging out, let alone log back in.

That is how I would expect to remedy the situation but cannot find anywhere in the menu to do that.

Please advise how I can log out. All I can find is exit teamviewer.

The possible reason why your account is showing as a free account is that you are not logged in with your licensed account. Please log out and log in with your licensed account credentials.
