Hi, I've received a letter from the debt collection company to pay my account that I deleted, could you please advise what should I do now? Will I be charged for it again? How can I cancel that subscription? How can I reach support to cancel my subscription? I've registered my account again and it has a free license now and I don't have access to the customer portal now.

We are unable to affect or provide direct support in cancellation or licensing issues here in the community, for security purposes. Cancellation requests must be received in writing. At this stage, I am afraid that I have to ask you to contact the debt collection company if you need further discussion. They will give you a possible solution for you.

Regarding TeamViewer subscriptions, please note that deleting an account does not mean that you cancel your subscription license. The license does renew unless canceled prior via the support ticket, as stated on the bottom of the original invoice: https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/65605-subscription-renewal

Suppose Person X died due to COVID 19? How can he cancel the auto-renewal in 28 days? From whom will you collect that money? How can you charge for that when he already died? Will you say before his death he should pay and die?
