Hi,
we had an old business license, that was marked as not renewable, because I guess licensing changed probably?
We never got the information that this was the case because the contact that probably got sent this information is not working for us anymore (our fault not updating that).
Now I have been in contact with a sales representative for almost two days during which we are not able to work, trying to get a quote and figure everything out.
I'm not blaming the guy, this is a sh... situation and we could have prevented it, but since I don't normaly deal with licenses (just the one being here over the holidays) and I don't have a time machine I need to resolve this.
Now the sales person doesn't seem to be able to give us a test license until his new quote is ready, and even when we get the quote I need to find someone who is authorised to accept it first. So this will take a few days even in a best case scenario.
Is there anyone else I can talk to, to get a test license? I don't find any information on how to escalate this further and the sales person is ignoring me I think (can't really blame him, but I also have no choice and have to be this annoying). I know that's not what a test or trial license is for but since we're pretty much guaranteed to buy a new license I just need something to "survive" until that goes through.
I know our fault, can't help that right now, still would appreciate any contact I could try to talk to.
