Anyone available to help me check Teamviewer access on a machine I setup?

Our tube bender OEM uses Teamviewer to remote access the machine for trouble shooting and updates. We recently updated a new IPC and have version 9 installed. IE 7 is not letting me access the internet but Teamviewer is connecting and providing an ID and PW for access. Our OEM is shut down this week but I need someone to connect, verifying it works.
