If you have purchased a Remote Access plan, we are happy to look into it for you since Telephone support is not included in the Remote Acces plan. Please send through your invoice number and email address used to purchase via a private message if you like.

I have same promlem. I paid via credit card any payment also been realised but I couldn't receive any e-mail.
