Why i am getting invoice and message from goeppingen.creditreform.de

My account deactivated.

I didn't requested any service from TeamViewer

NO mail available from TeamViewer to talk or phone number available to talk.

despite two reminders sent to you, the amount to a total of 273,86 EUR is still

outstanding.

As we have received no reply from you, we shall have to take legal proceedings unless

payment reaches us within the next ten days.

Please communicate exclusively with us, furthermore effect any payment to our

That means i need to pay for the service i didn't ordered and didn't used ?

Service is activated with the deleted account which didn't existed.

Thank you for your post.

If you want to terminate your license, you need to contact our support 28 days before your license renews. Deleting an account doesn't mean the subscription associated with the account will be canceled automatically. You will find all the information you need about the renewal in our Knowledge Base article here:
