Teamviewer won't install because it thinks its already installed

i have the same issue but i have checked the registries and apps&features but teamviewer is no where to be found, i checked through file explorer and the only files with teamviewer in the name is files in sys32

Hello @Polish_piano_junkie,

Their might be "rests" of TeamViewer in your registry.

Please uninstall TeamViewer by following the procedure of our article. This might fix the issue.
