Cannot access TeamViewer on iPad. Cannot get ID. Complains about WiFi connection

I cannot access TeamViewer on iPad. TeamViewer doesn’t allow typing to log in. Software complains about “not ready. Check connection”. Wheel spins and otherwise non responsive.

i was able to use TeamViewer before, but something happened!

help please.
