Can't create support ticket

I try to go to create a support ticket at TeamViewer Support Portal but when I try to login it gives me an error "The email and password you entered does not match". I am already logged onto the management console, so I know it is correct. Any idea what is going.

    If I click on submit ticket link it just takes me to the community homepage.

    Complete joke.

    I found a solution to my problem. I signed onto the TeamViewer console, went to my name at top right, pull down menu and to edit profile. I modified the Your name and the Custom QuickSupport fields to be the same, saved this. Logged out and logged back in again, went to my name again at top right, pull down menu and then to Get Help then New Support Ticket.

    This worked for me, hope it does for you. Scott.
