Says old version but its the latest - cannot connect

Hi - I have a free version and need to connect to my moms PC to fix something. It used to work but when I try it says I have and old version and must update. I have updated both PC's yet it still will not connect. I can see my moms PC is online, but cannot connect to it due to the old version notice.

Any ideas?

Can you try to uninstall the TeamViewer from your father's devices and install the latest version from this page to see if it works fine?

I have exactly the same issue - both computers say that they have the newest version.

My version is 15.13.6, my father's is 14.2.5677 but it says it is the newest version.

Can you give us the TeamViewer version numbers from both devices?
