Need helping authorizing app

I tried using TV for the first time since I renewed my license on 11-17-20. But my app says I am not licensed.

When I click the "Activate Now" button the email I received, I get an error message saying "A Remote Access license can only be activated on an account without any other license. As your account has already another license assigned, please use another account for the license activation."

I seem stuck in an endless loop and I really need help.

    Hello @steve7long,

    This sounds like your license is activated on a different TeamViewer account.

    Do you have multiple e-mail addresses? Did you try to log in with those others addresses?

    If not, please contact our customer support. They will be able to help you.
