monitoring views not working

No matter what view filter I apply I cannot get the monitoring page to show me the correct information. It instead wants to show me all of the acknowledged and failed alerts for all time. In the screen shot below, I've selected a date range of just today and still it shows me everything. I've also unchecked all options from the Status drop down and this is the view I see. I've experienced this after clearing the browser cache and history and in multiple browsers. Has anyone else noticed this or found a way to correct it?
